For league directors

The league runs itself.

Set up a season once on the web. League Time handles the rest: placing teams fairly, building the schedule, staffing games, and posting finals the moment they're signed.

Your dashboard

Everything that needs you, on one page

Open flags by team, games coming up, players who aren't eligible yet, and how far the season has come. Add a scheduler, a registrar or a referee assignor and give each only what they need.

Fair divisions

Catch the sandbaggers before the season

Every roster is measured against its division. Players whose history says they belong higher are flagged, and teams that are too strong get a review. Allow it, release a player to waivers, or move the team up: your call, with the reasons right there.

Schedule

A balanced schedule in minutes

Enter the ice or field times you get each week, your first and last dates, and any nights off. League Time builds a round robin where everyone plays once a week with a fair share of home games and late starts. Publish it and every team gets its games.

Officials

Referees, umpires and scorekeepers

Set the crew size, assign people or auto-fill open spots, and let officials confirm or pick up open games in their app. If someone can't make it, you hear about it right away.

Game day

The scoresheet goes digital

The scorekeeper's table runs on an iPad: lineups from the RSVPs, goals and penalties with a tap, then the ref and both captains sign. It keeps working with no signal and posts when it's back.

  • Standings and stats update the moment it's signed
  • Penalties suggest suspensions for you to approve
  • Scorekeeper a no-show? A captain or ref steps in, or hands someone a code. You see who kept it.

On the go

The league in your pocket

The League tab in the app shows what needs a decision: reported messages, roster additions, membership numbers to check, missing scoresheets and suspensions to review. Move, postpone or cancel a game and both teams and the crew are told.

Results

Standings and stats nobody types in

Every number comes from a signed scoresheet: standings, league leaders, goalie averages, team pages. Players see the same numbers in the app.
